What do you own that means the most to you...More than anything else in the world?...Maybe it's something that you worked very hard for, or something that was given to you by someone who means a lot to you, or just something that you held onto for a long time, or waited a long time for and finally got...You can't say "kids" or "mate" cuz we don't actually 'own' them, we're just lucky to have them;)
This is actually something that I was trying to think about, because I really don't care about 'things' very much...So, I tried to see it as 'What would be the one thing I would hate losing the most if the house caught on fire?'...Or something like that.....So, anyway, I guess for me it would have to be my horror movie collection......Or my house...lol

my movie collection. So much work went into it (still going into it), some of them are out of print, et cetera, I probably couldn't handle losing it. Being down to 0 movies is just unimaginable to me...

My great, great grammy's wedding ring...a claddagh. It's REALLY old, and I broke it:( . Of course no one knows that yet, haha...I'll get it fixed soon. But if I ever lost it, I'd loose my fucking mind.

when I graduated from college my dad gave me his Les Paul that was his back in the 60s, so I think it would be first to get out. followed by a knife that was my granddad's.

I've got so much junk ... that i wouldnt be able to pick ...
i'd just sit there blubbering - watching the fire.
I think the think I'd try to save is the computer with all of the pictures of my kid.
There is also a dresser thingy full of the non digital photos.. i'd try to save that.
and if i had the time.. i have a huge stamp collection that i had when i was a kid .. not because it's a prized possession - but its worth money.
the flipside is that loosing everything material (esp. for a guy like me) would be kind of liberating ... it's not as if I'd even bother to start over again...
If you want to get all zen about it .. material things really mean nothing at all in the long run .. mo matter how dear or valuable they seem now .. it doesnt mean anything once you're in the ground.
but i hope that choice making day never comes because i do enjoy the shit i've collected over the years - and i hope to pass it all onto my son... to either enjoy or sell off..

I have a few things right now...
First, my computer. I worked long and hard (playing poker online) for two straight weeks to profit $1500 to buy my system. Booyah!
Next would be my guitar, I suppose. It is replaceable, but I've had it for so long and it's become a part of me.
My new Henckel's chef knife is nice. I could do without it or get a new one, but it's just so damn nice.
My J. Pechauer pool cue and N-Stroke case. Worth about $900 and $350, respectively. I'm not playing pool as much as I used to, but I'd like to know that I have the tools I need if I choose to get hardcore again.
Oh. My '68 Fender Super Reverb amp. They don't make them like that anymore, and if I wanted to search around and buy another, I'd be spending around a $1000. Considering that I got mine for free, I'd really rather not.

I have a statue of this dragon that cheebs bought me the first day we went out ( or maybe it was the second time eheh ).
He went into a asian shop that was selling furniture and bits and peices. He came out and half way up the road says " Dont open this in front of your mum" , the first thing that came to mind was
" oh shit, he bought me a vibrator" haha.. was I wrong there or what.
I have it on top of the tv where I can see it. I love it to death, its gorg. Its not that big and its basically a dragon wrapping itself around this thing.. I dunno im so bad at explaning things hehe. Might be easier for me to get you a pic instead.

I kept asking him what it was and he said that. What a good way to put me off haha.. Had no idea what the fuck it was till I opened it. My heart was racing till I did wondering what the hell he had got.
And no its not a vibrator.. unless theres some button you gotta push that I can't see hahaha..
