Venom

I was talking with my friends the other day and we were talking about upcoming Spiderman movies. Not sure if it is going to be in the next one, but Venom came up. I was telling my friends that the best person to play him would be Kane Hodder. He is built for the part and he is bad ass enough to play Venom. Anyone know if has been announced if Venom is going to be in an upcoming Spiderman movie and if so, who got the part.

No, I heard it's not going to be Venom. I think they are saving him for the 4th one. (And I'm hoping that means Carnage will be in the 5th one! Carnage has been favorite Spidey villain since the mid 90s.)

I believe (Could be wrong though) that the 3rd one will have Harry Osborne take on the role of the Green Goblin and also introduce another villain. (Probably Black Cat, but maybe Scorpion.) Haven't heard anything about Venom making it into the 3rd one.

FYI: It's slated for a 2007 release.

what about rhino or sandman ... the vulture was fun too.

They already set up the character for the Lizard though ..

I'm pretty sure Lizard is gonna be in the next one cuz I was watching Punk'D one day and they were punking some gay Desperate Housewives star (male) and they had him try to act for Lizard. It was f'n hilarious cuz they made him say he was aroused by Spidey and all this other gay crap. Anyway, it'll probably be Lizard. Was hoping for Venom, but don't seeing it happen till the 4th one though. *sob*:(
