And that´s a bad thing. you don't have to see the names, just look for the members head count, I can almost promise you that the majority of people who post here on a regular basis are atomatically logged in from the moment they enter the forums.

Yes, but you can only see the head count outside of the forums. But inside the forums you´re all alone..... It SUCKS!!!

I'd say for moderators, invisible mode is sometimes necessary to 'catch someone' at something...People don't normally try to 'pull stuff' if a mod is signed on...
Another reason could be that someone may not want someone else to know that they are on...For whatever reason...
