I havent ever really been scared by a movie i dont think. I just enjoy them, gravitate to them almost. I cant ever remember being scared by one tho. But i think there are plenty of good ones none the less, maybe im just jaded like you.

I also am not "scared" by movies, maybe jolted and shocked from time to time but as for going home all screwed up and scared. Nope.
I personally have always been drawn to horror because I just love the atomsphere around and in them. The Fog, the night, the graveyard whatever it may be, It's just all is so damn cool.

Well, the Sentinel to this day freaks me out. You have to be in the right environment though. You can't watch a flick with all the lights on and a bunch of jackasses MST'ing it up. You gotta watch a horror film alone, with no lights on...rain wouldn't hurt. I'll try to think of some more films that HAVE actually scared me through the years...they're gonna be old films though.

I guess i'm jaded also! I haven't been scared by a movie since I was a wee lass! But avenger is right! Turn those lights down or off, and only watch the flix with co-horror freaks (like us)! The last time I was kinda scared by a movie, it wasn't during the movie but after. I was younger and a friend and I went to see the Howling (the first and best one cause it's closest to the books), movie let out and our ride wasn't there so we walked, along side of woods, and just before we got to the woods, we saw a car just like (what's his name?) Christopher's? We were really spooked! Then our ride showed up.......on foot......running at us from inside the woods! So your surroundings makes it scarier also!

okay, Im not really scared by movies, but I love the fact that it's suspense, like is he dead, is he comming back lol
BUT a certain movie that made me pretty sick with certain parts is not really horror, it's wes cravens last house on the left
this movie is so so sick
I mean, 2 girls go out, get kidnapped, taken to a forest, they gotta do shit with eachother (Im thinking on the, kiss eachother, slap her, pee on her) then they kill 1 and they think they kill 2, they see a house, enter as bussiness men and ask to stay there, but what they didn't knwo is that that house is the house of the 2nd girl's parents
and well, the movie was pretty sick
also movies that are sick are those realistic kanibals movies
I rememeber a scene where this kanibal was with this girl from a tribe, damn, it was horrible, blood everywhere, I dunno the details, I rememeber him sticking something in her (and no, not his dick)

Movies don't really scare me. The only one that really scared me was Poltergeist.

the only way that i get a little bit scared is when i'm by myself and its dark. evil dead kinda weirded me out the first time i saw it because it was dark and raining and i was by myself. but i wasn't terrefied by it.

I must say movies havent frightened me in years..never been scared out of my witts...I think I might actually enjoy that feeling like a high if it was ever to happen. Moonsorrow are you saying women are evil?......damn someone let the cat out of the bag..hehehe..I cant speak for the others but Ive been told I can be evil....Do we intimidate you guys? ARE YOU SCARED? hehehhe
I think there are more things I have read that have bothered me then movies but in another thread I think we all agreed Our Minds are our worst enemies and can scare us more then anything layed out for us(in a movie). To see the thoughts of others THE TRUE HORROR:D
