I read only one story, but from that, your dialogue does little to provide insight into any of the characters. In a short story, that's one of few ways to do so. Work on that.

Thanks for the feedback. My wife also mentioned that in "Justice" the villain didnt have enough back story to really hate, so a re-write is definatley in order there.
Which story did you read, btw?
