the best ones ive seen is red water, halloween, megalodon, all the friday the 13th movies, scarecrow, miners massacre, scarecrow slayer, shredder,

That depends on what you're calling low budget. The cost it takes to make a movie (aka a "B" movie) or the cost of the tape/DVD to you?

Peter Jackson's Braindead is good. Better than Lord of the bloody Rings and it doesn't come in three installments that last 9 tedious hours each.

You're right there......Lord of the Rings bores me shitless. He should go back to making some horror movies he was a lot better at it.

zombies - "City of the Living Dead" "Biohazardous"
exploitation - "Night Train Murders"
slasher - "Maniac" (im classifying it as a slasher)
theres some low buget movies in diffrent genres. and there some of the best id say and some of my favorites
