Is it any good? I just found out it existed. The Crow is pretty much my all time favorite movie, the second one was enjoyable. I was just wondering if anyone had seen it.

Yes Crow Salvation is good. In my opinion nothing beats the original but 2 and 3 are good installments in the Trilogy..
Just steer away from "The Crow:Stairway to Heaven"

Yeah, it's probably easy when you're a junkie like him, eh?
Oh yeah, thought I'd re-post my pervious thoughts on the other films...
2nd one sucked although I thought he looked more the part, but hey, bitch couldn't act for shit, and yeah, it sucked.
The series starting with "stairway to heaven", all I have to say is -WHY?!?
I have to admit that the 3rd one (salvation) exceeded my expectations somewhat, but then again, that may just be because the second one lowered them so much.
Is there still a rumour floating around that a 4th film is going to be made about...a dead rapper? I wonder if he'll bust freestyles while shooting ppl gangsta style? - right...or was it edward furlong?
IMO the comics (the ones I've read) whipped the shit outta ALL the movies.
A film adaptation of Wild Justice would have to be interesting, but If any future films were ever again based on the comics (well, it worked for the first one!) , I'd wanna see waking nightmares - a personal favourite.
Never read the one about the female crow, or the nutcase "sidekick" chick either...
See.. they wasted a tv series on a character that had no reason after the first movie to have a series based around them...yeah,
yeah, I know it was a reworking of sorts, but Id rather see an ongoing series based on ALL the other comics if anything...even if it only ran for a year or two, if they did it right, it'd have to be better than the last tv series...

i really enjoyed the 1st one although it depresses me to watch it ...
it is one of the few films where i cannot seperate the offscreen event with the onscreen.
This young man had a breakthrough roll with The Crow and to be cut down like that, so stupidly... was one of the greatest shames in movie history.
I saw part 2 and couldnt focus on the movie .. i thought it was crap. I cant see anyone in the roll other than Brandon Lee now.
I couldnt be bothered with any other sequels.
unfair perhaps but i cant help it..

I really enjoyed The Crow: Salvation. I thought it was much better than the second movie but not quite as good ( obviously ) as the first. If you're a fan of the second movie, I dunno why you wouldn't enjoy this one.
As far as the 4th movie goes, the lastest I've heard is that it will be titled The Crow: Wicked Prayer. Edward Furlong will play the Crow. He and his girlfriend are sacrificed in an occultic ceremony by David Boreanaz (Angel TV Series) and his evil crew in which David's character is given some kind of demonic powers. So, when the Crow is brought back from the dead, not only is he fighting his killers, but their leader is some demon empowered being.
I'll definately check it out when it's released.
