Monster Man

Just finished watching Monster Man. A comedy/horror movie about a leatherface looking, hick killer who drives a monster truck and as bad as that sounds, it was actually an okay movie. I kinda knew what to expect when I rented it and was a little surprised when it was better than I thought. Some of the comedy was annoying though.

Anyone else seen this?

I picked up the box at the video store and put it back down. I've been burnt sooo many times by movies with pretty cool cover art but nothing else.I have even gone so far as taking a pen and paper to the video store and marking down the names of movies I think would interest me, then coming home and doing some research on-line about said movie or movies.

I did look Monster Man up and it did indeed have some decent reviews. I just haven't had the chance to get out and get it.

Yeah, as long as you know what to expect when you rent it, you'll probably enjoy it.

Don't expect anything that will change the face of horror movies. :)

I saw the cover of this and was dubious.... but I'll have to check it out now. There's not many horror movies I don't like.
