I just bought the Leatherface figure from McFarlane's new Movie Maniac 7 line. Overall, I'm very pleased with the way the figure looks. It has very limited articulation but I'm just setting it on my computer desk, so that doesn't bother me that much. The base it came with is awesome. It snaps together to form the infamous door way scene with Leatherface coming through, chainsaw in hand.
The only complaints I have is that the holes in his feet seemed way to small for the pegs on the base. I tried to twist him down on the peg (because it was to tight to just push it on) and one of the pegs broke of in his foot. I tried to get it out with no luck so far. I got his foot on the other peg so he still stands but I was kinda pissed at first. So, if you're looking to get this one, beware of the same problem.
The Robocop figure from this line looks awesome too.
Anyone else buy any of these yet?!
Sorry so long....:o :D

Series 7 looks like a better offering than previous Movie Maniacs, when they were devoting the entire line to Aliens or making Shaft figures.

I recently to Spencer's and happen to catch a glimpse of some of the TCM figures. Looks pretty damn good. Although the Jessica Biel one doesnt look like her. But its alright.

Cool! Do you leave your figures in the packs or do you open them?
I've added quite a few new figures to my collection since I started this thread. I'll have to post some pics soon.

anytime I buy collectible figures like these, I open them. keeping them in the packs is for dorks. you can't play with em in the pack. and as far as collecting things goes, what's the point if you're not gonna sell it for more money later??? and I doubt you're ever going to get much more out of these figures than you put into them. so to me it's worth it to take em out of the pack so they look better and I can set em up how I want them.
