These are some of my friends from 'The Dock' and 'Jekyll And Hydes'...Add these to the pictures of the guys that I've posted here recently...We have a BLAST.......I wish that all of you guys could come and hang out with us.....If you're ever in Cincinnati;)

actually when we get a chance we get out to see bands play .. usually friends bands ..
I havent been in a bar that doesnt feature live bands since i can remember ..

thats great .. thats the big bonus of being in the USA ..
You guys get known acts in clubs where we just get garage bands and newcomers ..

Still some of them arent too bad.

We get the odd big show at the 'showcase clubs'

I saw The Cramps when i first came to Toronto ..
that was a cool one ..

Saw the Replacements a couple of times too, before they turned all pussy ...

Band practice here....a house on the outskirts of Austin, some clubs etc.

Im more of a non-club person, really, but occasionally im dragged out...

LOL...I only started out there because that was where Wicked Lady was when I started learning how to use the computer...I was only there long enough to figure out how it worked, decided it was lame, and chose to find something that I was into...THAT's how I ended up HERE

I thought YOU knew music better than to be on that board at all.....but all cattiness aside....good to see you turned on to REAL music....you should exorcise some influence to your offspring....instead of vice versa...

I have to agree, both of my sons love the punk music I play for them.They also LOVE Blink 182 and I don't discourage them from liking them(even though i don't).I am all for them making thier own musical choices.If they want to listen to Goatwhore, fine.Even though I can't stand that kind of music I won't tell them its wrong or they shouldn't listen.I tell them to listen to what sounds good to thier ears, even if it is mainstream bullshit that i don't agree with.My point:listen to what you like and fuck everyone elses opinion.

I agree .. open the doors for them if you like but everyone will chose their own path..you can't dictate or preprogram someones taste.

I used to go to westhiemer in houston and race mine and my brothers cars every fri/saturday night.....loads of fun....but cops got really crazy and tho i was never busted, my brother was and it was nasty....did kick my fair share of ass tho....

Now its too far away with living in Austin and all tho....i suppose it was an expensive hobby anyway tho...
