I've never seen these mentioned here so I'll do it. Sota Toys has a few horror lines out, but one that really caught my attention is their "Now Playing" line. Series 2 is about to drop, and it features Imhotep from "The Mummy Returns", the "Jeepers Creepers" monster, and a clown from "Killer Klowns From Outer Space".
