Clark Ashton Smith

Clark was a contemporary and freind of HP lovecraft. I read a desciption of a work of his in an old Dragon magazine called "The Colossus of Ylourgne". it's about a necromancer who disects bodies and uses the parts to make a gigantic zombie. According to http://www.eldritchdark.com/ (a site dedicated to him), the story is still "in print", so someone holds the copyright, and it cant be published online. Anyone happen to know where this might be kicking around ina text file so i could read it?
