Okay...Maybe not sad all the way through...But, with at least some sad parts...I hate it when they do that...How many can you think of?

Pet Sematary
The Others
Sixth Sense

Okay, maybe those last 2 weren't REALLY horror, but I liked them...Until they got sad...Dammit

I know there are TONS more...

I thought Deadly Friend was sad.

Sam The Egg

Donnie Darko (if it counts)
The Eye (Jian-Gui)
Cube

And the ending of the movie didn't make any sense, but the manga for Uzumaki was one of the most emotionally exhausting things I've read. It's not completely sad, but it's sad enough to count

Good point MM!I do think his death was excellent social commentary for the time, though.

I just realized that it didn't bother me one bit that anyone ELSE died in that movie...Just Ben...He REALLY should have lived:mad:

misunderstood, abused as a child, product of his enviornment, socially disconnected. anytime you put all those on one person it is sad.

granted Im sure he coulda found an outlet that didnt involve him skinning dead chicks and wearing them, and making dishes outta their skulls, but maybe he just didnt have the knack for knitting?

I enjoy it when people that shouldnt die in movies get killed.....The end of NotLD, for example was fitting

The ones you mentioned are good Bloodrayne, and yes they're all horror.

I'd add Bubba Ho-tep to that list.
