Am I the only one who is completely and totally loyal to HDC?

I guess I am one of those 'in crowd' people that they are talking about. Some people arent good enough to be here, and if they bitch about the initiation and being called a newbie, then they are welcome to leave. Dont let the door hit them in the ass on the way out.

they have a chat room, but no one was there. i typed the word cunterus in there and it was censoredered(sp)

i looked at that site and it looks ok. it also has chat and arcade games. o boy im a nerd. plus i hear newbies don't get flamed for bringing up old threads or starting ones that may have beene started before the yarrived.

I went over there and read the thread ... it doesn't seem to be that big of a deal. Although, I didn't realize so many people were getting their feelings hurt by the n00b bashing.

I wasn't talking about me, I just found the link to this forum in bad taste.

They should get used to newb bashing. That's common practice all over "the internets".

I made the last link, was not meant to be in bad taste at all, no one was slagging off horror ... I just said heres a link where reelhorror is mentioned a few times ...

Is that so offensive? You after all where the one who mentioned reelhorror on this board first sistinas ...

So it's not common practice then is it?

That thread on RH was started by horror.coms own mods to help pimp horror.com, so I don’t see what all the fuss is about …

Its pretty nice of reelhorror to let other sites pimp there, its not like they would be aloud to pimp here!

Basically people were invited over and then when they made a hello thread told to fuck off … I imagine that pissed them off …

I guess when you know what you're talking about it isn't. I've never been called a newb on UHM either.

Agreed.....people over there are slightly more mature than the angst ridden teen's of Horror.com.....and it shows in every forum....especially in the new members forum....

I gotta be honest, when I first joined Horror.com...I would've been rather disappointed if I didn't get a major tongue-lashing from its resident evils.

I mean c'mon...it's a horror board. Newbs should feel a little uneasy when first posting...current members should thrive on trying to break down a newb to successfully portray the bad ass image of a horror community!

That being said -- I'm not speaking for myself -- but I'm sure some veterans may take it a little too far...but some newbs prob take things a little too personal.

I also agree with Hutchison, in that there aren't too many forums online where you can newb all over the place without some kind of resistance.

Hahahahahah! An untrained puppy! lol.

And ShankS...I think that's where you should do most of your damage. Or at least when a newb posts an idiotic thread.

But, I just saw a post before by a vet who managed to throw in a little jab at newbs, which had absolutely nothing to do with ANYTHING. No big deal, but I'm just sayin...

Hahahaha! You name it!

The most prominent being football & basketball.

But on a society level, you can feel free to do it after sex, or if someone says something really funny, or if one of your co-workers does a good job on a project, etc.

It's a nice gesture that fits almost any situation in life...lol. ;)

Yeah, I like dishing out the damage in the n00bie forum, and dont tend to bash anyone in the other forums, unless it's called for, if they've been stupid. If the noobs contunied to post, they'd actually realise this and seen that I'm not really that horrible all the time.

Well, I was just exaggerating. Although athletes do it all the time -- which I still can't figure out how that started, considering most of them are homophobic -- but if you did it in any of the situations I mentioned, you would prob get slapped in the face, or fired...lol.

Animal sacrifices are not necessary. You will know when your not a newb anymore. Its hard to explain...you get this feeling....a euphoric feeling...and knowing that ......ALL IS RIGHT WITH THE WORLD.
