It's a sub-Mad TV type sketch "comedy" show where the main stars are a guy who was kinda funny in 1998, a guy who's still funny now, but mostly because making fun of stupid people never really gets old, and a fat waste of fat who was and will never be funny with a stupid name and even stupider catchphrase.
