Hmm...The Fly (original and remake).

Empire of the Ants.

Wasp Woman is another which comes to mind.

The Deadly Mantis.

Mimic was good. The sequels sucked.

Bug, released in 1975, was about roaches.

All great movies (although I find The Fly rather upsetting).

Totally forgot about Bug. Roaches that delivered electric shocks at the base of the neck (as if roaches weren't troublesome enough).
