Last Seen Movie

This doesn't really belong here, but I don't know where else to put it. There's no thread for "Last Seen Documentary".

Watched "Paradise Lost: Child Murders at Robin Hood" last night. The Arkansas judicial system has to be the biggest joke I've ever seen in my life. These 3 teenagers were railroaded, IMHO. I hope they're able to conduct the DNA testing that they're supposedly doing right now, and that it will clear them. What a travesty of justice.

For some completely unexplained reason, the kids from My Cousin Vinny popped into my head when I read this.

Similar territory, although much more serious in the doc.

Interestingly, there was an article on the news this morning about Natalie Mains from The Dixie Chicks being sued for defamation by the stepfather of one of the victims. I thought it was interesting only because I just watched the documentary last night.

That would be awesome if you get to see it, V.

It was El Erfanato! It's about a children home, her son goes of missing and a pshycic is taken in to the place to see whats going on. Perhaps Labyrint of pan have inspired them, its not fantasy like that but the same atmosphere of the movie. Question is have this been done before?

I remember watching the first "Paradise Lost" documentary when it first came out and it was very good. I heard they came out with a second one but I haven't seen it.

Oh, I didn't know there was two! I must have seen the first one.

From what I gather on the internet, they're conducting DNA testing on some hair samples, a judge has refused all 3 boys a new trial (IMO this judge should be brought up on charges), and I think that's it.

The Doom Generation. What a sack of crap. Even naked Rose Mc Gowan couldn't save the movie from its pretention and lazy writing.
