Hellraiser is definitely on the list of modern classics, along with some others I forgot to mention.

Nosferatu,
Does not this word sound like the call of the death bird at Midnight? You dare not say it since the pictures will fade into dark shadows, ghostly dreams will rise from your heart and feed on your own blood

That sounds good movieman!

A soccer mom is perfect, arranging little bridge parties, while, the bodies...!

Yes, but apart from being progressive, upon research, it was the First Of It's Kind! A True Classic....

Poltergeist!

Excellent!!

"It says things only a child can understand... to her, it simply is another child...
to us, it is The Beast."

The scene where the guy pulls his face off pretty much did it in for me!

The Bad Seed played on TCM last night at 9:15, Ichecked their website and it's not scheduled again until 10/31/04.

I didn't watch it again, because I had already planned on watching The Sentinel, and City of the Living Dead again.

Yeah, lol! That was awesome...! A great sort of "in-joke"! And it's great how the announcer's voice gets low on "...as Rhoda."

Halloween, movieman, that's great! I was going to tell some friends to try and catch it then, too, but I didn't have time...!
