I love cryptozoology! It seems like every deep lake in the world has its own Nessie. Two more:

The Giant Squid (now confirmed)
The Montauk Monster- a local story with many theories as to what this might be (Plum Island experiment?)

If you ask me it's either a boxer dog or a fake. Put your finger over the upper jaw and you can see the similarities more clearly.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's a raccoon or something... Regardless, I LOVE cryptozoology. And Mega Shark vs. Giant Octopus was pretty outstanding...
