Firefly. Too bad it was only given the one season, because it's a great show.

Twin Peaks.

Going back and starting from the beginning. I'm very excited.

Oh yeah. It's been quite a few years since I last saw any of it. I'm only three episodes in and already I've seen so much I had forgotten about.

And also I had forgotten how terrifying this is:

I don't have a T.V anymore, but I watchedan episode of Afro Samurai the other night. I've still got the final episode to go. And then the movie.
I like to watch it as a series, but a movie seems to long for the humour ....

More Twin Peaks.

I'm about 1/3 into the second season.

Twin Peaks is pure genius until the killer is revealed and caught (episode 2x09), then falters for about 7-8 episodes and picks up again only to finish on an impossibly high note of a cliffhanger, which is followed by... nothing.

I love the series and the film but I wish the second season was more focused and there was an actual ending to the proceedings.

I mostly agree. It definitely falters for a while after the killer is revealed, but that makes sense. They kind of had to figure out where they wanted to go after finally throwing away the catalyst for the show (Laura's murder), albeit somewhat of a MacGuffin. Plus Lynch and Mark Frost had lost a lot of creative control. And it also definitely did start getting great again right before the ending. I think if the show hadn't been discontinued, it would have been amazing to see what other stories they would have come up with to explore the world of Twin Peaks.
