Great review!
I really need to give this one another spin...I've only seen it once, about 2-3 years back. Loved it, but never got around to re-watching it...

Good job
This film really fucked me up when I was about 4 years old. I was sure The Blob was going to creep into my room. It can get in anywhere - all it needs is a crack!:eek: :eek: :eek: Excellent review, sir.

Yeah, very good review. 'The Blob' was an excellent concept. Great for its time and even today. Remeber that Stephen King short story called 'The Raft'? He copied the idea from this movie, but it was still a great little horror story.

Yes, I read "The Raft" and also saw the adaptation in Creepshow 2...kind of a cool monster there! Sort of a big hungry oil slick. Disgusting monster....
