well, I saw 6 movies in 6 days:

the breakup - sucked ass. 1 star out of 10

the da vinci code - ok, could have been better, a couple theories didn't fit. I should know, I'm brain washed when it comes to christianity... poor me. 6 stars

Nacho Libre - could have been better, but oh well. 5 stars

Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest - pretty damn good... except the peoplein the theater were obnoxious. 8 stars

Just My Luck - I was tricked into seeing it. It sucked. 1 star

Cars- the first movie I saw this week... I was bored... The little one's loved it. 3 stars

I just got four of my new movies in the mail, and the first one I watched was Suspiria. It's still one of my favorite movies.

Quick and the Dead

Sam Raimi is the man... even when it comes to westerns. Simple story line well executed with a couple of really memorable moments.

I just got done watching The Beast Within. It was one of the worst movies I've come across. The story was muddy and stupid and confusing, and the acting was just as bad. I'm glad it was only a few dollars, or I'd be pissed.
Utter crap.

Vampires: The Turning

This was slightly better than I was expecting, but that really isn't saying a whole lot. There wasn't much gore and the acting was soap opera quality at best, but the storyline itself was actually sort of cool.

Shocker

To this day, I'll never understand why this film never got a sequel but Leprechaun got 5. Horace Pinker is an awesome villain and the ending left it open to be continued, but it just never came to pass... The gore is alright, acting & directing are good and the story is pretty cool. The only bad thing about this film is the (now) outdated CGI, but it actually adds to the campiness feeling... All in all, this isn't Craven's best work by any means, but that doesn't make it any less of a kick ass slash film.

B-

Johnny Mneumonic

This was a decent sci-fi action film starring Keanu Reeves doing what he does best... Showing no emotion. The story could be a bit confusing the first time you watch it, but it's still a pretty fun film.

Steven Soderbergh's " Schizopolis." My friends from back home (Pittsburgh, PA) were in this past weekend and we watched it the morning after my birthday. Let me recommend you watch this movie in a rested/coherent condition b/c it jumps around a lot, but in the end it all comes together. All in all it’s a good social commentary and has some pretty funny parts.

I also started watching Cemetery Man, but feel asleep; liked what I saw so far.
