Jeepers Creepers 3

This is the thread for the new Jeepers Creepers 3 movie.

Recently premiered on USA's SyFy Channel on October 28th as part of it's 31 Days Of Halloween schedule.

All comments welcome.

I'll begin by saying that i thought the film was not as bad as everyone who saw it in the cinema was making out.

Best bit of the movie for me was when The Creeper discovers that the people trying to kill him know who he is (by grasping an old severed hand once belonging to The Creeper).

I didn't appreciate the fact however that they put that bloody 31 days of Halloween logo in the corner of the screen for the entire movie. distracting and ruined the movie.

Plus, according to one person on YouTube he noticed 7 scenes that were missing in the syfy version. Even the title appeared differently with the 3 not moving past the rest of the logo.

I still appreciate the fact that SyFy Channel bothered to premier the film and so quickly also. That's awesome imo.

It's also meant that i was bale to get a either HD or close to HD quality download and watch it on Halloween night which was my goal for a while and am very happy that i will be able to do so.

I heard the movie isn't that good. And if it's cut on Syfy, I'll just wait for a discounted Blu-ray or trilogy release.

I thought it was terrible. I thought I posted about it here but I guess it was only on the HorrorDVDs forum.

I haven't watched it yet because of the stigma that it has. Most of my friends would go on a witch hunt (pun intended) for me, if I did. I'll have to wait for it to end up on a streaming service somewhere.

Garbage.
No atmosphere.
Characters you couldn't give a shit about.
The Creeper himself making barely any appearances.
"Lets make the truck sentient".
Felt like all it was, was a set up for a sequel that'll never happen.
Boring.

I ended up watching it on Syfy on demand. It's free probably on Syfy's site or your cable provider. I can't remember why I watched that version as someone here said the Syfy version has cut scenes. Perhaps it was because it was short. I don't know. What I do know is whatever was cut will not help make that mess a better movie.

Exactly. And don't forget that twist. That was the worst part.

I loved the first movie but was disappointed in the second one. The third one is currently available on Netflix but I may not bother to watch it since I have a feeling it will be bad too.
