What's Your 12 Days of Horror Film for Halloween?
It's fun for fans to list horror films to watch leading up to Halloween.
The one problem with the lists (besides different tastes & sensitivity limits) is that many films are WORN OUT -- seen too many times. Some enjoy seeing the same film over and over again. I don't. There's few films I've watched repeatedly, for purely enjoyment purposes. For most people, films are primarily enjoyed as stories. When one knows what's going to happen next, it loses it's allure; like a mystery or punchline. So... I propose, making a list of 12 Days of Horror Film by first making a list of your best/favorite (which are likely worn-out), and then under each of those films, write a film that would be fresh for you: Films you've never seen, or haven't seen in many many years. 12 Days of Horror Film for Halloween 1st Day: King Kong 33 Artagon 63 or Big Man Japan 07 2nd Day: Psycho 1960 Peeping Tom 60 3rd Day: The Birds 1963 The Incredible Shrinking Man 57 4th Day: Night of the Living Dead 68 Dawn of the Dead 2004 5th Day: The Exorcist 1973 The Changeling 1980 6th Day: Halloween 1978 The Night of the Hunter (1955) 6th Day: Alien 1979 Planet Terror 07 7th Day: Scanners 81 The Brood (1979) 8th Day: Poltergeist 1982 Dead Silence 07 9th Day: The Thing 1982 The Troll Hunter (2010) 10th Day: A Nightmare on Elm Street 1984 Drag Me to Hell (2009) 11th Day: The Fly 1986 Hard Candy 06 12th Day: Evil Dead II 1987 Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street 07 Last edited by Sculpt; 09-11-2014 at 07:13 PM. |

I really like your 2nd list. That's a marathon I would attend.

Thanks, Neverending! Those are topping my To-See-List.
What new, or not-seen-in-years, horror films are topping your 'To-See-List'? |
