Can't recall that many films from the 70's with people getting nailed to chairs, so I've no idea.

Nope to all

This may be different on other version of the film, but I know on my VHS tape that the chair isnt very visible. You can mostly just see the corpse.

I cant imagine how you guys cant get this, it's a classic!
