Question about a movie....
I remember a movie that aired either last year or earlier this year - it takes place in a hotel with a sordid past being refurbished by some troubled teens taken from a juvenile facility. The monster/bad guy was a big assed pale fellow who, at least in one scene, uses a long chain to whip/grab a victim. What I do not remember is the name of this movie. Any ideas?
