An ultimatum is issued, which ignites the idea to make a documentary exploring an internet mystery. In search of Under Water Anomalies (UWA’s) found on Google Earth images, Phillip and his band of misfits venture into South America, searching for what is believed to be underwater cities or even Nazi era submerged bases in the Andes Mountains.
