Leatherface v Michael Myers: Debacle/Destiny

Leatherface, the chainsaw-wielding cannibal from the Texas Chainsaw Massacre horror film franchise, and Michael Myers, the eerie masked serial killer from the Halloween horror film franchise, have both become iconic symbols of horror-cinema storytelling.

Leatherface is a pure maniac and a hard-core cannibal, while Michael Myers is a brooding self-destructive psychopath with a strange magnetism towards Halloween.

These two perfect evildoers represent a social focus on the 'gross appearance' of criminality. Criminality analysis is important to Americans, since America is very conscious of self-determined governance controversies/intrigue (e.g., vigilantism, electoral system, appeals/amendments, etc.).

We've already seen a Freddy vs. Jason film, so a Leatherface vs. Michael Myers film feels long overdue.

The reason these two super-psychos are so important to the history of cinema is because they epitomize a human curiosity about 'pedestrian turbulence.' Leatherface stalks random passerby in Texas (with his chainsaw), while Michael Myers stalks and haunts people on Halloween Eve.

Before Leatherface and Michael Myers, we simply were not as frightened/pensive about chainsaws and Halloween costumes.

This is why a film script regarding their confrontation should be on the mind of any serious horror film fan.

Here's a rough draft I came up with which is open for any kind of addition/revision:

Leatherface and Michael Myers were both in Arizona on Halloween Eve 2010. Leatherface just procured a brand new chainsaw from Home Depot, and Michael Myers had found a handsome and sharp set of Rachael Ray Furi Knives at a kitchen-and-bath store. They were both wandering around Arizona, since Leatherface wanted to roam outside Texas, and Myers wanted to visit the West Coast for Halloween. A bizarre showdown between these two oddballs was inevitable, as they both prepared to terrorize humanity on Halloween Eve.

SALLY HARDESTY: We have to reach the Arizona police fast!
DR. LOOMIS: Maybe Michael and Leatherface will destroy each other.
SALLY HARDESTY: That would be a blessing in disguise, for sure!
DR. LOOMIS: Hopefully, the police are adequately armed.
SALLY HARDESTY: We should try to cage them somehow!
DR. LOOMIS: It would be best if they killed each other.

Leatherface and Michael Myers stood facing each other on a barren field in Arizona at midnight on Halloween Eve. The chainsaw-wielding cannibal had murdered ten people that night, while the masked knife-wielding psycho had murdered eight people. Would these two paranormal criminals end each others' reign by dueling to the death, as Dr. Loomis predicted? Leatherface started running towards Michael Myers with his buzzing chainsaw, but Myers threw his knife perfectly and it pierced Leatherface in the skull, through the left eye-socket. The chainsaw cannibal fell down and started bleeding to death.

Myers stood over the dying body of Leatherface and wondered what to do when Dr. Loomis and Sally Hardesty arrived on the scene with the Arizona police. Loomis pulled out his personal revolver and shot Myers twice in the head while the police were running towards him. Myers fell down and started bleeding to death with his 'brother.' The police asked Loomis why he was so quick to open fire, and the paranoid doctor explained that Myers and Leatherface should only be allowed to live long enough to face each other, fight each other, and kill each other.

The next day, the Arizona newspapers reported that two bizarre and ugly criminal psychos, responsible for a total of eighteen murders total between them on Halloween Eve 2010, met each other on a barren field, and fought each other to death before police arrived to 'clean up.' Everyone was relieved that Arizonians were once again safe. Sally told Loomis that she was uneasy about the 'metaphysical scars' left by the two ghouls, but the wary doctor explained that any sign that the two devils were subdued could only strengthen humanity's faith that evil never heals.
