MONSTER (2004). While it can't seem to make up its mind if it wants to be a character study or a love story, Charlize Theron is dead on as serial killer Aileen Wuornos, deservedly winning an Oscar. And cool to see two actors from THE WALKING DEAD in here also. ***1/2
If interested in Ailleen, check out Nick Broomfiel's two docs AILEEN WUORNOS:THE SELLING OF A SERIAL KILLER and AILEEN:LIFE AND DEATH OF A SERIAL KILLER, the second which includes her last interview. Both are very good.

I was pleasantly surprised on this film.

2 guys kidnap a girl for ransom, and it takes place in the van the whole time. It was funny, violent, sad and brutal and its never what you think. ; )
Sounds dull and dialogue-heavy.
