Really loved this - I was amazed how many of the films I'd seen (after the initial sexploitations ones)....I didn't realise Harlequin was an Oz film..

The stories of Dennis Hopper on the set of Mad Morgan were hilarious. As was Roger Ward offering to slap around Jimmy Wang YU. I wonder how that would have turned out....

I remember when I first saw Mad Max on video, the warner bros release was dubbed with American Accents...I also saw Turkey Shoot in some shit hole cinema when it came out. Ther was like 3 ppl in the palce...

Star Trek(2009)

Loved it, hated it, goddamn Spock is hot now! Never in a MILLION years saw that one coming. fuck me!

*SPOILER ALERT*
How they are going to work the fact that the future is now filled with multiple characters and story-lines....ugh, what a nightmare for the next movie unless they completely ignore the fact that two Spocks now occupy the same space and the impossibility of that is and dangerous....
hm
wierd
But I enjoyed the movie nonetheless

Saw Not Quite Hollywood awhile back when I reviewed it for another site. Excellent documentary for sure.

Last watched:

Fat Belly: Chopper Unchopped

Really interesting doco on ol' Chop Chop. Some eye opening stories in it. I could listen to the guy tell stories for ages. Well worth your time especially if you enjoyed the film about him from a few years back.

Not even heard of that - even though I imagine 90% of what he says is bullshit I still love his stories....

It came out over here last week. He certainly knows how to tell a good yarn :)

I never knew he was given a lot of shock treatment when he was younger. He talks about at one point how he was wondering whether he imagined giving a guy a bash but the bruises on his face gave him proof it happened. They had him on shit like Largactyl too which would fuck your shit up and give you delusions. Definitely keep an eye out for it I think you'll dig it.
