Press release: New Horror Comic "Students of the Unusual" Gets Distribution Deal

Diamond Comic Distributors Inc. has agreed to distribute 3 Boys Productions' horror anthology "Students of the Unusual"(ISBN#0-9749266-0-4). Publisher Terry Cronin! states that this new comic is aimed at "not only scaring or twisting the reader but also educating them about arcane and, often, obscure facts and legends". Writer Pat Martin calls it "like National Geographic with an edge". Horrific tales, yes, but there's also room for tales of humor and conjecture. They are joined by the truly fantastic artists-- Jorge Alderete, Arnold Arre, Gary Scott Beatty, Poly Bernatene, Sarah-Lynn Brown, Jorge Calamato, Ann Danielson, Julia Lichty aka ghostfire, Steve Mack, Dove McHargue, Andrew Skwish, and Michael Tyson.
"Students of the Unusual" is independently published by 3 Boys Productions who are a group of filmmakers who also direct the Melbourne Independent Filmmakers Festival. Diamond Comics plans to solicit the cutting-edge full color comic to its circulation of 80,000 in June.
