I need help finding a horror artist (image)

Hi, I'm new here. I came by because I'm looking for help finding a particular horror artist. I found this picture online but nobody seems to know who did it or where I can find more of his work. Here's the picture-



Does anybody recognize it? It's driving me nuts. I really want to see what else this guy has done. There's so much that's disturbing about this thing.
