Aww that's adorable. My favourite art teacher was a sub as well. Mr. Simpson. He dressed like something between a hippy and a cowboy and taught me basically everything I know. We sculpted that year, and did a lot of sketching. We all got a brand new, hard cover sketch book and I filled it so fast. I also got to design the set for out school's production that year. The guy used to be a set designer for Shaw festival, so he taught me how to trick the eye and we basically painted this huuuge backdrop, and did a lot of fake wood grain. I went on to do set painting for out local theater that summer. It was kind of a big deal.

Also, I drew this today on flockdraw.com today. I set up my own room, and basically anyone on that page can draw together at the same time.

Now that I have posted all of these, if you want them made smaller so they dont stretch the page just yell at me. I'll do it if asked, I'm just lazy/busy right now.

Thanks. I had to crop that one because I spilled tea all over it. More coming in coloured pencil. God, the price of Prismacolor pencils is soo worth it.

I like the partially open mouth, maybe because I am familiar with how difficult that is to pull off (in a drawing)

Ugh, I had to submit a drawing to a guy for an airbrush job with dollar bin pencils. It was awful, fortunately the guy didn't really understand why an expensive white pencil would have produced a better drawing. (Now that we're fb friends you can see pics of the bike I painted)
