Post Cube-like Movies

I remember loving the Cube series and I was wondering if there are any similar movies which feature captured people, traps, maybe some government experiments... The closest thing that I've watched so far were the Saw movies, The Collector and The Collection.

You could also try "House of 9" (Awsome ending), "Exam" and "The Killing Room".

13: Game of Death, its remake, 13 Sins, Cabin in the Woods, and
Hostel Part III are organized deadly games, somewhat similar to Cube. None of them really involve puzzles though, like Cube and Saw.

Cheap Thrills is a sadistic game, less organized, and more of a black comedy.

Battle Royale is a different type of deadly game, where contestants are pitted against each other from the get-go. Similar to Hunger Games, but way more violent.

I'll have to check out the ones that others have suggested. Vile is in my watchlist.

There's one about a group of people trapped and forced to eat eachother while some psycho observes them.
Title might have been Hunger.
