It doesn't look like spam to me. They haven't asked us to see the movie, view a trailer or whatever.
If everyones going to die who would the story revolve around? Are you planning on doing it from the killers point of view? Pig intestines, yummy :p

Im wondering which is worse, spamming (which of course this is not) or spam-based overeactions by strangely embittered souls. It's fast becoming one of those all-encompassing words to describe any form of self promotion on the internet, even if it is in the interests of the forum and hardly a faceless scam or junk mail. If this kind of thing keeps up, one wonders how sterile and impersonal message boards will become in the future for fear of upsetting the Spam Police. Meat in a tin!
