Whispering Corridors and Ju-On 2

Both movies were very... average. Worth seeing, but I don't think I'll watch them again. Well maybe I'd watch Ju-on 2 again, probably not Whispering Corridors though.

is it along the lines of the wishing stairs or whatever that movie is called (i only watched half of it)

i'm so confused about these Korean and Japanese films ..
from what i've read the whispering corridors is sort of part of a trilogy taking place in korean girls schools ? or am i a mile off ?

I think "whispering corridors" is the name of the series.

And i think "Wishing stairs" is the 3rd.
