My Review for Friday the 13th Part 4

Friday the 13th: The Final Chapter is my favorite in the Friday the 13th series. It has all the elements that make a good slasher film. A high body count, great gore effects (Tom Savini), and a great ensemble of characters.
The story is centered around Tommy Jarvis (Corey Feldman ), and he plays it with a great deal of effort. I really enjoyed his character. The rest of the cast was decent, and were pretty good choices for the parts.
But my favorite aspect of this movie is how pissed off Jason is. He is not very happy, and it shows. He runs and kills like never before.
Overall, this is one of the best sequels to come along in the Friday the 13th series. It is my favorite, and it should not be missed. So go and rent it, or even buy it, or else Jason will gut you alive.

i definitely agree.. this film is truly an amazing marker in the series.. i also hold Friday the 13th part VI: Jason Lives up in rank with this film... friday VI was one of the first horror films i ever saw..and friday IV was actually like the 7th jason movie for me to see... which sucks.. because i went through feeling the series was just mediocre.. but when i finally saw IV, i felt so much better and a wave of relief... one of my favorite deaths in this movie is when jason cuts the morgue guy's throat and then just twists his head off!... right on jason
