"Asylum" & "Haunted Hill" casting
Asylum and Haunted Hill Casting
Source: Variety September 5, 2006 Cody Kasch ("Desperate Housewives") and Sarah Roemer have been cast in 20th Century Fox's Asylum for director David Ellis (Snakes on a Plane, Final Destination 2). The film centers on a college dorm that used to be an insane asylum. Meanwhile, Amanda Righetti ("The O.C.") will play the female lead in Return to House on Haunted Hill. The sequel, directed by Victor Garcia and produced by Dark Castle Pictures and Silver Entertainment, begins shooting in Sofia, Bulgaria, on Sept. 11. Warner Bros. Pictures will release. Righetti's credits include Fox's "Reunion" and guest stints on "CSI" and "Entourage."

I really liked the last House on Haunted Hill.....parts of it actually scared me. I don't know about a sequel, though.
I'll probably watch it anyway.
