Well let's se... you'll forgive me, it's been a long time since I've seen Blair Witch, but basically (and I think this was dialogue around the campfire) the characters reveal specific information about the witch and what happened to its victims -- something about who the witch is, the effect of seeing the witch, something about a victim had to watch a witch attack (I don't remember exactly); and that explains the ending shots of the guy in corner. That info really didn't stick with me at the time. Probably just my fault, but perhaps the director really needed to highlight that info a lot more. I wasn't the only one to miss it.

The corpse grinders

People always mention "Plan 9 from outer space" as a bad movie. But my favorite badfilm is an atrocity from the 1960s called "The corpse grinders". In this movie, some people are digging up cadavers from the graveyard and making them into cat food...
