Does anyone know what movie this pumpkin mask is from?

Hey lads, just trying to help out a friend identify this pumpkin mask...
Does anyone recognise it from any movies?

Yes.
The character was called "Duh-Franga" and was actually a character/storyline that was removed from the original Childs Play film.

It appeared in various dream like sequences/hallucinations portraying an actual avatar of the demonic entity that Chucky/Charles Lee Ray summoned through the chant/book - He would appear before the transformed demanding blood sacrifices to keep the spirit powerful/able to flip bodies.

It was removed, as with these scenes the original film would have ran 13 minutes over the original film time - it was considered a superfluous storyline to the core story, and was never bought up in the series to follow.

Wow thanks so much for that! Awesome help. Any idea if there is an extended cut or anything which shows the mask in the movie? I tried Googling about it but could not find squat!
