The Night Stalker

One of my favorites as a kid, my younger brother and me never missed this cool show! Anyone remember Carl Kolchak?

another great blast from the past. The Night Stalker movie [1972] was great, followed by The Night Strangler....then came the series. The series is streaming on Netflix....fun watch....but doesn't hold up so well.

My all time favorite horror series. Scary, funny and wonderfully acted. A classic.

I have the series on dvd, some of it is pretty good, quirky but dated now I think.
I've never caught the movie though which I'm lead to believe is the best of Mr Kolchak.

I absolutely love this series.

Have the entire series and the two movies. Watch them quite often.

A series ahead of it's time. Like Boris Karloff's Thriller!

Both of these series should have had a longer run on TV.

One of my favorite shows. It was a little before my time, so my first experience of it was on the Sci-Fi Channel back in the early 90's when the channel first premiered.

I had all the episodes taped off on VHS tapes for years. I now happily have the movies and the TV series on DVD. I usually like to go back and watch the whole series once a year.

Darren McGavin was such a tremendous actor and talent.
