What movie / episode was this?

I have been searching for this movie for a long time. I actually think it was an episode from some show but don't remember what it was. It was about these two guys that were going around looking for drugs. Somehow they find something. I think they were smoking or eating it. I don't remember. But these were no ordinary drugs. They ended up melting or something. It was bizarre. At the end their brother, or some other guy walks in the room and tastes it. That's all I remember. It might have been Tales from the Crypt. But again, I don't remember.
