Ahhh...I'm only 34 but i remember the double bills you used to get.
2 films for your money...intervals...usherettes...Kiora...'Orange Maid' ice lollies.

i clearly remember movies being 25 cents.
Cartoons and the whole deal.

we were given 50 cents .. the other 25 was for a popcorn and a drink but we went to this shoe repair/candy store (!) place on the way and would get a bag full of 3 for a penny candy. (blackballs, swedish berries, etc)

a show and a trip to the dentist for 1/2 buck .. cant beat that.

Yeah right.......:rolleyes: :p Movies 25 cents?

I do remember getting a chocolate bar for 25 cents, a drink for 15 cents, and when I first started smoking at 12,..........yes I know, I know...........99 cents at kmart. If I only knew what I would be paying now :eek:
