Congrats! You're probably looking at very small (meaning likely nonexistent) brick and mortar coverage, which is a reality of small and POD publishing, but I think Barnes and Noble.com, Abebooks and Bayard and Taylor will definitely have it in stock. People who want to get the book at a Barnes and Noble will therefore be able to order it and have it sent to the store. But, from a sales perspective, the best thing you can do for an author is buying copies on Amazon. That number means a lot when it comes to finding the book and general receptivity of the book. It means a chance to get on top X lists on Amazon and therefore get easier for the masses to find and impulse buy. So, if you believe in books from smaller presses, then get them on Amazon. Special ordering things at chain bookstores takes several days anyhow and twenty minutes of banging your head against the wall as the info desk person, who may not have encountered books or search engines in their day to day life struggles to work the computer. Good luck! You have an upper hand in convincing local retailers to carry it, though, since you live in LA , where I imagine there's something of a good nonchain bookstore scene and it's an antho. Bookstores love horror anthologies.

I think there must be at least 3 Sean Kellers with books available on Amazon:
