The UK's Horror Channel is sponored by the site 13 horror and I see the adverts for it during every commerical break. Not needing the biggest of pushes to try anything horror related, I looked it up.

The site sets two challenges. The first is to read "The Magic" and the second is to try "The Dare" Have a look for yourself here http://www.13horror.com/

I've decided tonight to buy both The Magic and The Dare to see if I can give my over-sensitised ass a good scare. I'll let you know how it goes!

When it's all over, if it's any good, I'll be buying the books that they're ultimately trying to tout us.

I do hope it's worth it!

I'm glad you posted this because I'd been wondering what the hell the horror channel was rattling on about all the time and refuse to visit websites advertised on TV as most of them are just trying to flog something. It seems the case here-I hope you aren't ripped off - as much as I absolutely ADORE the horror channel this seemed like they were pushing a hard sell agenda so was too suspicious to visit the site myself.
