Best horror anthologist

Most of the time people talk about the best horror authors, but what about the best horror anthologists? I am talking about the people who put together a collection of horror that basically opens your eyes to things you didn't imagine were out there.

My vote is Marvin Kaye. This guy was at Weird Tales for about 500 years and when he makes and anthology, it rocks your life. It is because of this guy that I read obscure things like the original first chapter to Dracula and the original version of the meeting between Bilbo and Golum (it was more Lovecrafty in the original). Not to mention some ways of writing horror that have changed the way I write. I recommend you find his stuff.

What are some of the anthologists you guys like?

I was just going to say Farnsworth Wright if you were willing to stretch the meaning of anthology to include magazines. Not too many zero in on horror like they do in sf (Terry Carr, Gardner Dozois, Damon Knight, etc.) but Peter Haining seems to have done quite well for himself with the weird and the horror.
