I found Salo quite dull as well. It's merits are debatable... part of me can see its importance and part of me can see why someone would want to kick Pasolini to death. Its a film that's more disturbing after viewing where a lot of what you've witnessed sinks in. Not as shocking as recent nasties like say Mordum but twisted all the same.
