New Batman movie cast updates (Not horror, I know)

Lead villain is set...

Ken Watanabe (The Last Samurai) is set to play Ra's Al Ghul, the lead villain in Batman: Intimidation. The flick begins production next month.

Christian Bale stars as Bruce Wayne/Batman. Katie Holmes will play Wayne's girlfriend; Michael Caine will play Alfred the Butler; Liam Neeson will play a mentor to Wayne and a friend of Wayne's father; Cilian Murphy will play a villain, possible Scarecrow; Morgan Freeman will play an employee of Wayne Enterprises.

this is mixed up....
I read that there's numerous batman projects in the works, although what I've read on the one potentially titled "intimidation" indicated that the main "badguy" would be scarecrow? (personally, I think the 'crow is pretty cool)
And the ra's guy....don't know much about him, other than he's kinda like a sorceror right? Hey, maybe both those baddies could be in it, a sorceror in the "real" world + a guy who fucks with ya in your dreams AND the "real" world....batman would have a run for his money then huh?
The other 2 movies I've read about is a "batman : year one" movie that I don't think'll ever see the light of day,
and a batman/superman crossover that I REALLY don't think will ever get anywhere near production finality....
Although if u guys have any news on anything batman (or pretty much ANY comic) in the movies, lemme know.
