Can anyone reccommend some movie similar to Shrooms. My co-workers all really liked that one and want more suggestions from me. i was thinking something along the lines of Haute Tension, or Requiem for a Dream as they are mind fuck movies but I don't want to be considered a psycho for having seen them if everyone finds them too out there. Help please.

Inside. It's been talked about.
[REC]. You guys know about it.
The Cottage. If you love Shaun of the Dead, see this NOW.
May. I agree with everything ChrnoGirl said.
Fragile. From the director of "The Darkness." Really touching ghost-story.

I'll also give a shout out to The_Return, who got me to check out these two films way back when I first visited these forums:

Session 9 & Dead End

The Fountain.

Strongly recommended from me for anyone who likes finesse in cinema. I know its not a horror movie, but yet, its a MUST watch for any movie connoisseur.

I am with him. It was my first watch and I was so totally blown away.

It demands a second and third viewing soon. THE best movie I have seen in a longass time.

Better than Aronofsky's other stuff?

Pi + Requiem for a Dream are incredible.

On par with Requiem. A slight notch above Pi.

But then I ve always been very partial and particularly fond of Requiem.

Either way, its a must-see for you, Andrew.
