is halo 2 really all that great of a sequal

i love halo 2 but i do have some serious dislikes. they made the game sound like it was gonna rerevolutinize the halo franchise. but in my opinion they fell way short, here is a list of my dislikes and then a list of things that they should have put in.

dislikes,

the game is basicly the same with only a few minor differences, they didnt really add any thing new to the setup of the multiplayer games or the profile creater. the game was way to short and they just left you hanging.

things they should have added,

more colors and symbols for characters( they actualy took away a few), they should have added more playable characteres in multiplayer( you should be able to be anyone in the game, grunts, the arbiter, guards, basic marines, phrophets, basicly everything that you see or can kill should be playable), more vehicles( or variations of current vehicles). more weapons( they did add some but they needed more), a more complex profile editor( character pick, color, symbol, paint job, voice(meaning your charcter could have your voice or some digital voice))

those are some of the things that they should of done if you agree, disagree, or have anyother probs. with the game youd like to list then reply.
